Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in scientific discipline.
• Laboratory experience (1-10 years)
• Maintain a complete and comprehensive laboratory notebook
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with chemical proteomics, biochemistry, cell biology, mass spectroscopy, synthetic chemistry, flow cytometry, molecular biology or analytical instrumentation.

Aufgaben

• Assist with routine lab management including ordering, inventory, disposal of chemicals, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform rodent care and immunology-related experiments as needed.
• Conduct cell isolations/culture, molecular biology, chemical synthesis, and operate laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Work with organic synthesis tools such as flash chromatography, NMR, and HPLC.
