Job summary

You will oversee analysis on Tungsten products and instrumentation, coordinating with the Quality Manager on metric improvements. The role requires leadership, strong analytical skills, and experience with metallurgy and inorganic chemistry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry or Engineering preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in a powder processing environment preferred.
• Experience with ISO 900 quality systems is desirable.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills are essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assigns tasks and duties to Lab personnel as needed.
• Trains and coaches Lab technicians and personnel.
• Develops, tests, and documents testing methods for instrument upgrades.
• Evaluates test data and makes decisions on re-testing as needed.
• Maintains instrument performance and conducts preventive maintenance.
• Revises ISO documentation as assigned by the Quality Manager.
• Supports process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
