Job summary

The position requires a BS degree, completion of an MLS program, and ASCP certification, along with about five years of laboratory experience. On-site work with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Completion of an accredited MLS program required.
• National ASCP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates advanced departmental quality activities and projects.
• Provides consultation to optimize information systems and reporting processes.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Prepares complex reports and analyses to support quality improvement.
• Supports system implementations and training as needed.
• Participates in safety committees and quality improvement programs.
