Job summary

Joint Research and Development, LLC (JRAD) is seeking a QA/QC Analyst to manage the Quality Management System for our chemical and biological laboratory at APG-EA in Maryland. The role requires leading QA/QC activities, maintaining ISO 17025 accreditation, and ensuring accurate, reliable testing processes.

The position includes data management, development of EDD reports, and supporting internal audits and external ELAP activities.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in related field (Chemistry/Biology) from an accredited institution.
• :

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC and the Quality Management System (QMS) support and data management.
• Design and generate Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD) reports.
• Support QA Plans for fixed and mobile laboratory operations.
• Assist in planning and management of quarterly management meetings and management reviews of QMS.
• Assist in annual internal audits of QMS and ELAP external audits.
• Maintain records for analytical methods: GC, MINICAMS, MS, and air monitoring.
• Maintain training manuals and provide training on LIMS and lab procedures.
