Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a Project Specialist/Lab Lead to support the NSCC labs and the CSEDS when needed. The role provides hands-on engineering testbed support and coordinates lab readiness and security across sites.

You will interface with Engineering, Users and Site Leads, assist with lab activation, configuration documentation, and planning to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a lab or testbed environment.
• Information Technology, Hardware Engineering, Technical or similar background.
• Experience with MS Office and Visio.
• Able to independently determine and develop approach to solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with Engineering, Users and Program Site Leads.
• Support day-to-day operations of development testbeds and environments.
• Manage Site Readiness and Equipment Status.
• Closed Area Custodian duties.
• Lab Access and Training management.
• Customer Support and Equipment Classification and Security support.
• Basic troubleshooting to identify the right team for resolution.
• Lab Planning and Configuration Documentation support.
• Site Change Implementation Notice (SCIN).
• Assist with coordinating equipment installation and lab activation topics.
• Support Test Operations staff with Lab/System configurations and setup verification.
