Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Processing Team Lead in Frederick, MD to provide technical leadership in the sample processing laboratory, ensuring accurate handling, documentation, cryopreservation and storage of specimens, and supporting training and workflow priorities.

You will lead daily operations, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and collaborate with project teams to drive process improvements and efficient laboratory performance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (Biology, Chemistry or Life Sciences) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years relevant laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sample processing and laboratory operations.
• Perform cell isolations and cryopreservation.
• Ensure documentation and QA review of data and procedures.
• Train staff and coordinate workload with supervisor.
