Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building design and documentation in science and technology or related building types strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or other modeling software applications.

Responsibilities

• Design laboratories and science/technology facilities; prepare technical drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architecture and engineering to deliver integrated documents across disciplines.
• Ensure designs meet codes, standards, and client requirements; manage budget adherence.
