Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Columbia, MO is seeking an Operations Support Technician to manage receipt, storage, and handling of test materials within a GMP-regulated setting.

You will ensure documentation accuracy, follow SOPs and regulations, assist with calibration, and support lab workflows across multiple tasks, including potential handling of regulated or radiolabeled materials. This is a full-time role with standard weekday hours.

• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks, and keep accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Tracks receipt, storage, use, expiration, disposal, return, and archiving of test materials using appropriate software.
• Receives, creates IDs, logs in, and stores materials on receipt.
• Moves materials between departments and maintains proper paperwork.
• Returns, disposes of, or archives materials at study finalization.
• Notifies supervisor of issues with sample condition or labeling.
• Follows SOPs, CGMP, and applicable regulations for quarantined matrices and related materials.
• Maintains accurate documentation.
• Performs routine calibration checks on balances.
• Assists in unloading trucks and storing materials.
