Job summary

Abiologics is seeking a Lab Operations Specialist, Chemistry to support Synteins discovery by ensuring operational excellence across chemistry, biology and automation labs.

You will manage workflows, coordinate equipment maintenance (HPLC-MS, mass spectrometers, peptide synthesizers), oversee waste disposal, and continuously optimize lab processes to accelerate early-stage biotech programs.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, or related field.
• 4+ years in biotech, pharma, or academic research labs.
• Experience with lab instrumentation, inventory management, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory workflows.
