Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required due to sensitive customer requirements.
• High School diploma with 10+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Minimum five years of direct experience managing multiple technical projects or contracts.
• Strong skills in technical, business-case, and management analyses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; drafting reports and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Laboratory Master Schedule with cost and schedule estimates.
• Analyze project work for manpower, equipment, and materials; propose solutions.
• Track CRA resources and provide annual estimates and updates.
• Monitor performance against plans and suggest corrective actions.
• Coordinate procurement and inventory to ensure uninterrupted lab operations.
• Track vendor orders and coordinate with NAVFAC for installation.
• Maintain inventory, expirations, and disposal of perishables; conduct annual inventories.
• Track maintenance and calibration; document downtime and impacts.
• Coordinate with safety bodies to ensure facility compliance and track SDS.
