Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership/management experience required.
• 3+ years of related laboratory experience required.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience preferred.
• 5+ years of related laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and manages daily operations for laboratory support services.
• Oversees support staff and ensures supply availability.
• Develops quality assessment activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Leads laboratory performance improvement initiatives and safety.
• Coordinates clinical education experiences for students and staff.
• Manages staff scheduling, workloads and meetings.
• Ensures adherence to PPE and hazardous waste handling policies.
• Acts as liaison with other departments for effective communication.
