Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT/CS/Operations Mgmt or 5+ years experience.
• 5+ years experience in lab or technical operations.
• Experience with lab infrastructure, hardware, networking, asset mgmt, IT support.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, audits and process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Ramp a new DCG PSE/SSL Lab Operations team for Chandler DCG Labs.
• Standardize lab operations across the site with tools and assets.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Partner with engineering to support development, testing, validation.
• Manage lab assets, resources, compliance, and capacity planning.
• Set priorities, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
