Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Technologist.
• NYS Licensed Clinical Laboratory Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Laboratory Section.
• Schedule staff and manage daily operations/workflow.
• Ensure lab procedures and instruments meet good laboratory practice.
• Validate patient test results.
• Manage IT needs for the department, including training.
