Job summary

The Tech & Society Lab at NYU Stern School of Business seeks a Lab Manager to run the Lab’s day-to-day operations, keep finances in order, and ensure resources are leveraged to maximize research impact.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of project management, academic administration, or research operations, with excellent organizational and communication skills, and fluency with Google Workspace, Box, Airtable, and Slack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in project management or related roles.
• Experience in academic administration or research operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail essential.
• Ability to navigate university systems and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day lab operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for projects.
• Coordinate with researchers, administrators, and external partners.
