Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 30 Process technicians, Process Operations Engineers and Supervisors, working 24/7 in 3 shifts in a clean room environment.
• Interface with engineers to ensure proper execution of test plans.
• Setting expectations for your group and reporting on workload and task completion.
• Harmonize workload within the team and develop the team to meet business objectives.
