Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Laboratory Operations Engineer to support process systems in regulated bioanalytical labs at a PSS client site in Spring House, PA. The role focuses on automation asset maintenance, data management, and SDLC/compliance alignment, with emphasis on GLP/GMP practices and regulatory readiness.

The candidate should have a BS with 2+ years of relevant experience or a MS in engineering/science and be authorized to work without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree in engineering science, information technology or related field.
• Authorization to work in the country indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support process systems in regulated bioanalytical laboratories (GLP/GMP).
• Assist in validation activities and quality function coordination.
• Maintain calibration and maintenance schedules for lab equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliant laboratory operations.
• Support audits and training programs to ensure GxP compliance.
• Assist in reporting, analytics and lifecycle management of automation assets.
