Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Services is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment across base building and laboratory spaces. This full-time role covers office, common areas and non-GMP lab spaces with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, labs and high-touch surfaces, stocking supplies, operating floor scrubbers and vacuums, and reporting safety concerns. Training on PPE and safety guidelines will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Comfortable working in laboratory environments (non-GMP).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and shared spaces.
• Clean laboratory support spaces (non-GMP) including floors, benches, sinks, and common equipment surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and restroom products.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean windows, glass, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
• Operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums) safely and effectively.
• Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE when working in lab areas.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Support periodic deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.
