Job summary

HRU-Tech is hiring a Lab Technician for a 6-month contract with potential for extension or direct hire. This full-time, on-site role spans Columbus, OH and West Jefferson, OH, at $22.00 per hour.

You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, assemble components, perform maintenance, assist in inhalation lab activities, and document test data, SOPs, and equipment performance. Safety and compliance with GLPs are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and wear a respirator.
• US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and instrumentation.
• Assemble, modify, and fabricate mechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Perform plumbing, pneumatics, and exposure system repairs as needed.
• Assist with inhalation laboratory activities including in vivo and in vitro inhalation.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Follow SOPs and work with hazardous materials safely under GLPs.
