Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Certification and Lab Testing Engineer for a fully onsite role in Denver, CO. You will lead lab operations, ensure products meet UL/AHRI certifications, and coordinate with external agencies for certification submissions.

You will manage 2–3 lab technicians and perform capacity testing, energy compliance evaluations, and safety validations in a high-visibility regulatory role. A competitive rewards package is offered.

We are seeking a highly skilled Certification and Lab Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading lab operations, ensuring products meet industry certifications, and coordinating with external agencies for product compliance. The position requires a blend of hands-on lab work and regulatory oversight, offering a critical and high-visibility role within our organization.

Responsibilities

The position is fully onsite, with work divided equally between lab and office environments. The lab includes a calorimeter room with controlled temperature and humidity for standard environment testing. Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

Benefits include health insurance, 401K, paid time off (PTO), and other company-sponsored programs. In addition to the base salary this position is eligible for an annual profit-sharing bonus.
