Job summary

Stanley David and Associates is seeking an IT support professional to maintain and troubleshoot laboratory systems in a pharma/life sciences setting. The role covers GxP and Non-GxP environments, requiring strong compliance, incident handling, and system validation practices.

You will coordinate with users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues, document activities, and support upgrades and installations in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT systems in a Pharma/Life Sciences environment.
• Hands-on experience with GxP and Non-GxP environments.
• Knowledge of laboratory systems, equipment, applications, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with troubleshooting, incident management, SOPs, change control, and validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for laboratory systems, equipment, applications, and infrastructure in a pharmaceutical/life sciences environment.
• Support both GxP and Non-GxP laboratory environments while following applicable compliance and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and laboratory system issues.
• Support laboratory instruments, applications, and connected systems.
• Work with users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve incidents and technical issues.
• Follow SOPs, change control, incident management, and validation/compliance procedures.
• Maintain appropriate documentation for GxP-regulated systems and IT activities.
• Ensure systems and support activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in system upgrades, installations, testing, and validation activities as required.
