Avantor in Malvern, PA is seeking an Onsite Lab Inventory Associate to manage stock in lab areas, replenishing inventories and coordinating with the IM and SAP systems to ensure accurate records.

The role supports lab operations by receiving, inspecting, labeling, and organizing supplies, while communicating effectively with lab managers and end users to meet demand and maintain clean, compliant stockrooms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of material handling and inventory replenishment experience.
• Microsoft Teams experience preferred.
• Experience with IM and SAP and strong computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Visit lab areas, identify orders and replenish inventory.
• Place orders in IM and SAP systems.
• Assist in setting up new labs and stocking locations.
• Receive, inspect, and store shipments from RDC and suppliers.
• Label, organize, and maintain lab stockrooms; update signage.
• Manage stocking levels and meet with lab managers regularly.
• Monitor reports and backorders; assist end users with sourcing.
• Dispose of trash and unused materials; coordinate with sales team.
