A leading optics company is seeking a Lab Instrumentation Product Line Manager in Ann Arbor, MI. This role will be accountable for the strategic direction and commercial success of the Lab Instrumentation portfolio. Candidates must have 10 years of experience in photonics or related fields, including 3 years in product management. Key responsibilities include driving market initiatives, leading the product development process, and aligning with corporate strategy. The estimated pay range is $110,000 - $150,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in photonics or test & measurement industry, with 3 years in product management.

Responsibilities

• Own and steer the Lab Instrumentation portfolio across participating BUs.
• Define and govern roadmap execution including new product development.
• Drive initiatives to increase market and wallet share within key accounts.
• Lead market analysis efforts to identify trends and opportunities.
• Play a leading role in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
