Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience supporting or leading Roche Navify Lab Operations implementations
• At least 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare, laboratory, or LIS implementation environments
• Strong laboratory background with hands‑on familiarity supporting clinical workflows, device integrations, or middleware solutions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills to coordinate complex, multi‑vendor lab projects
• Epic or Cerner knowledge

This PM plays a critical role in coordinating complex laboratory system deployments, particularly those involving Roche Navify Lab Operations. Their day‑to‑day includes leading cross‑functional teams in planning, build, testing, and go‑live execution; collaborating closely with laboratory IT, operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless system integration; and proactively managing risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. With at least three years of project management experience and a strong laboratory background, this PM balances remote and onsite responsibilities in a hybrid model—overseeing device integrations, supporting Epic or Cerner‑related workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining documentation to drive successful, sustainable lab technology modernization across the organization.

Pay:

Starting at $50/hr AND UP (Based on experience, education, certifications).
