Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a hardware‑focused technician to contribute to our data center lab infrastructure, including server and workstation hardware, and OS deployment across Linux and Windows.

You will diagnose hardware and firmware issues and assist with system bring‑up. You should read board schematics, perform PCB assembly tasks, monitor power supplies and sequencing, and document experimental results in a structured, retrievable manner for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience working in data center hardware environments and lab infra.
• Ability to read board schematics and understand hardware layouts.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with NAS/SAN storage and basic networking setup.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data center lab infrastructure and server/workstation hardware bring‑ups.
• Diagnose hardware/firmware issues and assist in system bring‑up and testing.
• Read schematics, perform PCB assembly tasks, and document results clearly.
• Monitor power supplies and sequencing; troubleshoot OS/hardware interactions.

Job Description:Demonstrated experience working in data center and managing all aspects of lab infrastructure.Thorough understanding of server, workstation hardware architecture.Able to read and interpret board schematics.Demonstrated experience in PC/Server environment H/W and S/W setup and administration.Comfortable working in different operating system environments including Linux and Windows.Excellent Hardware and OS Debug, troubleshoot skills.Familiarity with Networking setup and configuration.Hands on experience with various storage solutions (NAS,SAN. etc.) and form factors.Experience with power supplies monitoring and sequencing.Proficient at documenting experimental results in a structured manner for ease of reference.You should be proficient in:PCB Assembly (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)BIOSLinux
