Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing seeks an Equipment & Logistics Group Leader to oversee the canister preparation department, staffing, workflow planning, and resource allocation. Qualifications

• BS in Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience in a lab or environmental operations setting.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and LIMS systems.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily departmental operations, including staffing, workflow planning and scheduling.
• Oversee canister cleaning, certification, and sampling equipment readiness.
• Monitor productivity and manage costs to meet targets.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment orders aligned with client schedules.
• Maintain safety, quality and regulatory standards across the department.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations; manage staffing decisions.
