Ardaman & Associates, Inc. in West Palm Beach is seeking a Lab Field Testing Technician to join our soils and concrete testing teams. This full-time role covers laboratory testing and field sampling at various sites, with training provided where needed.

The ideal candidate will be able to perform basic testing, lift up to 50 lbs, travel to remote sites, and pass background screening. FDOT/CTQP/ACI certifications are a plus, with a strong safety record expected.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Perform basic laboratory testing including organic content, grain size analysis, compaction, and compression testing.
• Field sampling, nuclear density gauge testing, field inspection and construction activities.
• Support project field activities and ensure safety and quality procedures.

Lab Field Testing Technician - West Palm Beach

LAB/FIELD TESTING TECHNICIAN

Full-time opportunity working in a soils and concrete testing laboratory and at various field sites in the West Palm Beach, Florida area. Performs basic laboratory testing including but not limited to: organic content, grain size analysis, compaction, processing of material, and compression testing of concrete specimens. Field work includes but is not limited to soils and concrete sampling, nuclear density gauge testing, field inspection, and miscellaneous construction activities. Experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• FDOT/CTQP/ACI laboratory testing certifications a plus
• The ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
• The ability to perform mathematical calculations
• The ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed
• The ability to travel and work at remote sites as needed
• Excellent driving record within company standards
• Must be able to pass background screening requirements including criminal history, motor vehicle check, drug testing, etc.
