Job summary

Ardaman & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Lab/Field Testing Technician for a full-time role in the Port Saint Lucie, FL area. You will perform basic lab testing on soils and concrete and conduct field sampling and inspections at various sites.

Training will be provided for required certifications and procedures. Primary duties include testing, sampling, and occasional travel to remote sites. Candidates should be able to work weekends/extended hours and pass background checks; a valid driving

Qualifications

• FDOT/CTQP/ACI laboratory testing certifications are a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
• Ability to travel and work at remote sites as needed.
• Excellent driving record within company standards.
• Must pass background screening including criminal history and drug testing.

LAB/FIELD TESTING TECHNICIAN

Full-time opportunity working in a soils and concrete testing laboratory and at various field sites in the Port Saint Lucie, Florida area. Performs basic laboratory testing including but not limited to: organic content, grain size analysis, compaction, processing of material, and compression testing of concrete specimens. Field work includes but is not limited to soils and concrete sampling, nuclear density gauge testing, field inspection, and miscellaneous construction activities. Experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
