Ardaman & Associates, Inc. is a leading geotechnical engineering and materials testing firm with extensive project experience in the Southeast and beyond.

This full-time LAB/FIELD TESTING TECHNICIAN role is based in the West Palm Beach, Florida area and involves performing laboratory testing and field sampling at various sites. Training is provided, with some weekend/extended hours and travel to remote sites as needed.

Competenze

• Experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• FDOT/CTQP/ACI certifications a plus

Mansioni

• Perform basic laboratory testing such as organic content, grain size analysis, compaction, material processing, and compression testing of concrete specimens.
• Conduct field sampling and testing of soils and concrete, including nuclear density gauge testing and field inspection.
• Work in a West Palm Beach, FL area laboratory and at remote field sites; may require weekends and extended hours; travel as needed.

LAB/FIELD TESTING TECHNICIAN

Full-time opportunity working in a soils and concrete testing laboratory and at various field sites in the West Palm Beach, Florida area. Performs basic laboratory testing including but not limited to: organic content, grain size analysis, compaction, processing of material, and compression testing of concrete specimens. Field work includes but is not limited to soils and concrete sampling, nuclear density gauge testing, field inspection, and miscellaneous construction activities. Experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Qualifications:

• FDOT/CTQP/ACI laboratory testing certifications a plus
• The ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
• The ability to perform mathematical calculations
• The ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed
• The ability to travel and work at remote sites as needed
• Excellent driving record within company standards
• Must be able to pass background screening requirements including criminal history, motor vehicle check, drug testing, etc.
