Bayer in Creve Coeur, MO is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to operate and maintain lab equipment and automated systems to meet testing demands. You will work closely with lab personnel, other engineering teams and third‑party vendors to ensure equipment uptime.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED; the preferred candidate will have an associate degree or related certifications and 2+ years with laboratory equipment. Some weekend and overtime work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and deploy automated solutions in a lab environment.
