Qualifications

• Blood-based diagnostic sales experience required.

• Strong presentation skills and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve key sales and customer contact objectives across an assigned territory.
• Design and execute a territory communication plan to maximize reach and impact.
• Educate HCPs on clinical value to drive adoption.
• Use approved materials to educate and sell effectively.
• Assist with pricing, reimbursement questions, and routing to internal teams.
• Support billing logistics including ordering and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and activity records.
• Track progress against sales targets and activity metrics.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry exhibits.
• Identify and help resolve customer concerns with internal teams.
