Job summary

Labcorp in RTP, NC is seeking a Data Entry Operator to join our team in a first shift, Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am to 4:30pm. The role focuses on accurate data entry of patient results and supporting the laboratory team with daily worksheets.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and prefer some experience in specimen processing or medical/laboratory settings. You will handle test results, maintain records, and help keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with data entry and accuracy is preferred.
• Able to work in a laboratory setting and handle specimens if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of patient’s results in a timely and accurate manner
• Print out and distribute daily worksheets for technical staff
• Use various laboratory systems to enter test results
• Ensure test results are stored in their proper location
• Call client with test results when necessary
• Order supplies for the department when need
• Other administrative and clericals tasks as required
