AVS Bio is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Document Review and Data Analytics Specialist in Storrs, CT. The role focuses on reviewing laboratory documentation for accuracy and compliance while developing tracking systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs.

The candidate will ensure data integrity, support process optimization, and collaborate with laboratory staff. Requires 1-2 years of related experience and an AS degree or equivalent; Power BI or Tableau skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required if experience compensates.
• Experience in scientific or tech data management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Review lab documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
