The Laboratory Coordinator supports daily Quality Control laboratory operations by receiving, reviewing, and logging laboratory samples, chemicals, reagents, standards, solvents, and other materials into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The position supports laboratory functions including glassware washing, equipment cleaning, coordination of external testing shipments, inventory management, and ordering laboratory supplies while ensuring compliance with cGMP and company requirements.
Internal: Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Warehouse and Materials Management, Manufacturing Operations
External: Contract Testing Laboratories, Vendors, Suppliers, Customers/Clients as applicable
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in a scientific field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of laboratory or related experience in a GMP-regulated environment. LIMS experience preferred.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform routine laboratory support activities. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and wear required PPE.
