Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in Bucks County, PA, seeks a Lab Coordinator to log samples, maintain documentation, and support QC activities in a GMP-regulated setting.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate preferred), 1–2 years in a GMP laboratory, familiarity with LIMS, and strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking. On-site position with standard safety protocols and equipment provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, review, and log samples, chemicals, reagents, standards, solvents, and other materials into LIMS.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation in accordance with cGMP requirements.
• Wash, inspect, and store laboratory glassware using approved procedures.
• Operate and maintain laboratory support equipment including balances, pH meters, and glassware washers.
• Coordinate shipment of QC samples to external testing laboratories.
• Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and work areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and order laboratory chemicals, standards, consumables, and supplies.
• Support Quality Control personnel with routine laboratory activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to stand, walk, and perform routine laboratory support activities. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and wear required PPE.
