Job summary

Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks a Laboratory Supervisor to lead the lab team and provide technical and administrative support for outpatient and outreach services. You will role-model best practices and ensure service quality across the lab service line.

Under limited supervision, you will resolve issues, mentor staff, and coordinate resources to maintain high standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of laboratory leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certification: Medical Lab Scientist or Medical Technologist (ASCP).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative leadership to laboratory outpatient and outreach services.
• Serve as resource and role model for laboratory staff.
• Investigate and resolve service issues in the outpatient service line.

Pay Range:

$31.94 to $47.91 Based On Experience
