Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking an administrative support professional for the Breast Care Center at Northwest Hospital and Carroll Center. You will perform clerical duties, greet and register patients, schedule appointments, and assist with patient prep including records and vital signs.

You will help create a compassionate, efficient environment aligned with LifeBridge Health values. Required: 2-4 years in a similar role and Basic Life Support.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of administrative support experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and schedule patients.
• Assist in appointment preparation and record collection.
• Take vital signs and assist in minor procedures.
• Maintain a therapeutic patient environment and high level of customer service.

Summary:
Under minimal supervision, performs administrative and support duties for the Herman and Walter Samuelson Breast Care Center at Northwest Hospital and community and at the Center for Breast Health at Carroll. including but not limited to all clerical office duties including composing and typing correspondence, relaying confidential information and implementing, maintaining and revising office systems. ; greeting, registering, scheduling patients; assisting in preparation for patient appointments including obtaining records and assisting the doctor by taking vital signs and assisting in minor procedures; maintaining a therapeutic environment for patients, other duties as assigned to take care of whatever may need to be done to provide the highest level of customer service. Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the S. P. I. R. I. T. Values of LifeBridge Health.

Pay Range: $19.10 to $28.65 Based On Experience
