Clean Harbors Sawyer, ND Landfill is seeking a Lab Chemist Intern for Summer 2027. This in-person internship offers hands-on exposure to metals analysis, wet chemistry, and instrumental techniques like GC/IC/ICP while supporting Environmental, Energy, and Industrial Services projects.

You will work with experienced professionals, gain practical skills, and contribute to safety-focused operations at the Sawyer Landfill. May start May 17th or May 24th, run through August.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field at an accredited college or university.
• Experience in a laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of wastewater, TOC, and ICP instrumentation for metals, wet chemistry, cal/flashpoint is a plus.
• Strong interest in environmental services industry and safety culture.
• Ability to document, record, and analyze data; work in a professional team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
