Qualifications

• High school graduate. Secondary education or trade certification preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Certificate or associated Facilities coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily work supporting facility operations and maintenance.
• Monitor building management system software and respond to incidents.
• Conduct facility walks to identify and address issues.
