Pharmavite is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to perform a wide variety of maintenance duties, ensuring safe and efficient operation of our facilities. This role is not available for any form of immigration sponsorship.
Use hand and portable tools, repair facilities including drywall, tile, floors, lighting, and plumbing. Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety rules; assist in moving furniture and equipment as needed.

Stand/walk during most of the shift; pull, push, squat, etc. Intermittently lift loads up to 50 pounds.
Intermittent exposure to noise levels loud enough to require hearing protection in designated areas; periodic exposure to warm or cold temperatures, fumes, vibration, dust, etc. The employee may be required to wear a uniform, hair net, safety glasses, steel‑toed shoes, dust mask, respirator, protective gloves and back support as necessary.
Must perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices, without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

National Target Base Pay Range: $63,000.00 – $105,000.00. For California and NewYork metro areas: $71,000.00 – $118,000.00. Actual compensation considers location, education, experience, qualifications and job‑related skills. Base pay is one component; total rewards may include an annual performance bonus, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) match, and other wellness benefits.
