Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience not required; Outlook experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to handle glassware and materials carefully.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Outlook and basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Glassware management: select glassware from inventory and label accordingly.
• Order processing using LIMS to maintain order records and packing accuracy.
• Packaging and delivery: pack orders securely for delivery.
• Quality control: verify order accuracy and specs before dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following safety policies.
