Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent lab experience in a related field.
• Hands-on instrumentation and controls experience, preferably low-voltage wiring.
• Experience wiring and integrating mass flow controllers, sensors, valves, and control hardware.
• Familiarity with electrical drawings, schematics, and print building.
• Experience selecting electrical supplies, wiring, enclosures, and components.
• Experience with DMMs, voltmeters, and current measurement devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical, instrumentation, and controls support to lead engineers and staff.
• Build and manage large CAD assemblies for custom equipment and enclosures.
• Perform interference checks, fit studies, and assembly verification.
• Produce 2D drawings with GD&T.
• Generate BOMs, drawing packages, cut sheets, and RFQ-ready docs.
• Perform basic calculations for dimensioning and material selection.
• Interpret electrical drawings and technical information.
• Maintain systems documentation and revision control.
• Manage CAD file organization and naming conventions.
• Incorporate design changes and update models through revisions.
