Qualifications

• Exposure to AI tools or AI agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support automation of manual lab workflows (data processing, QC review, and report generation).
• Develop and test Python scripts or tools for data analysis, cleanup, and automation.
• Prototype and evaluate AI-assisted tools for practical lab applications.
• Assist with connecting instrument data to lab systems (LIMS) and reducing manual Excel/CSV handling.
• Document workflows, assumptions, and usage instructions for tools you help build.
• Collaborate with lab staff to gather requirements and improve tools based on feedback.
