Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Round Rock, TX is seeking an Analytical Quality Engineering Co-Op for the Spring 2027 season. This 6-month assignment runs January through June, supporting the Lab Harmonization Initiative across MS analytical laboratories.

You will evaluate quality-system practices, standardize documentation, and explore AI-enabled tools to streamline validation and data review activities while collaborating with multiple teams across sites.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Available to work 40 hours a week, Mon–Fri, January through June.
• Familiarity with university co-op requirements.
• Entegris sponsorship not available for future visa processes.

Responsibilities

• Assess current naming conventions for work instructions, MSA refreshes, validation documents, and quality records across MS sites.
• Identify inconsistencies and opportunities for alignment across documentation, LTS, internal audit, and KPI tracking.
• Develop a proposed documentation standardization framework with examples and naming rules.
• Assess internal auditing practices and standardize documentation, tracking, and reporting approaches.
• Assess LTS programs and documentation practices for standardization across sites.
• Evaluate AI-assisted workflow opportunities for data review and validation.
