Lab Attendant, Veterinary
Location: Woburn, MA
Schedule: Full-Time – Three 9‑hour shifts per week, including one weekend shift. Daytime and evening shifts available.
Compensation: $19.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process laboratory samples while accurately entering results into the hospital information system.
- Prepare specimens for external and specialty laboratory testing, including completing submission forms, packaging, and shipping.
- Perform routine quality control testing and scheduled maintenance on laboratory equipment.
- Accurately complete laboratory logbooks, including shipping and temperature logs.
- Unpack, organize, and restock laboratory supplies.
- Communicate laboratory results and updates with veterinary teams throughout the hospital.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient laboratory environment.
- Support high‑quality patient care through accurate, timely laboratory processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a professional work environment.
- One to two years of experience in a clinical or veterinary setting preferred.
- Veterinary Technician experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent follow‑through.
- Fluent English speaking and reading skills required.
