Additional Information About the Role

Missouri Baptist Medical Center (MBMC) is hiring a skilled/experienced Full-Time Lab Associate III for our Processing and Customer Service departments on Evening Shift.

***$1000 Sign-on Bonus!!!

Position Details:

• Shift: Afternoon / Evening (12:00 PM - 10:30 PM), 4 days a week with rotating weekends and holidays
• Responsibilities: General Lab Processing & Customer Service Dept (Send-outs)
• Position Type: In-Office (non-remote)
• Departments: Lab Pre-Analytic Departments
• Tasks: Receive, process, and distribute laboratory specimens, including storage, packaging, and shipping; Provide results to caregivers; Note: Does not perform phlebotomy.

Experience and Skills:

• Strong Lab experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Call Center and/or phone customer service experience
• Proficient in computer systems and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in clinical or medical laboratory roles is a plus
