Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Lab Associate I in Lewisville, TX (Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) to support the Clinical Laboratory - Flow Cytometry department. The role focuses on specimen handling, labeling, preparation, and data entry into LIS under supervision of licensed personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and organizes samples for testing and tube preparation.
• Labels, handles, processes and stores specimens.
• Identifies sample problems and helps resolve them.
• Prepares testing equipment and assists with maintenance.
• Performs data entry and transfers results to LIS for review.
• Maintains accurate reagent and supply records.
