Join to apply for the Lab Assistant - Temporary Assignment role at American Analytical Laboratories LLC.

This is a temporary position lasting 3-4 months on-site at our Westborough facility.

Schedules are Monday - Friday with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available.

Summary

Responsible for providing supportive activities in the operation of the lab, samples, and related daily maintenance.

Essential Functions

• Maintains and stocks supplies, tools, and related items.
• Cleans laboratory glassware according to GLP methods; transports and delivers glassware to required locations, keeping the wash and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; receives guidance and escalates when required.
• May pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, materials, and other items as needed.
• Assists with reviewing, completing, and processing documents, databases, and related materials for sample pickup, transport, and delivery.
• Contributes to the department's service efficiency by offering suggestions and participating as an active team member.
• Promotes courteous and cooperative interactions with customers and staff, fostering a harmonious workplace environment.

Qualifications

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Certificates and Licenses: Continued employment contingent upon maintaining required licenses and certificates in active status. May require a valid driver's license.
