Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, process, deliver and store specimens for testing.
• Coordinate with the registration department when specimens are collected and delivered to the lab.
• Assist with clerical tasks, data processing and telephone customer service.
• Collaborate with nursing personnel, physicians and pathologists regarding specimen requirements and timely collection.
• Maintain biological safety policies and CAP readiness; support troubleshooting and QA activities.
