Actalent in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a contracted-to-hire phlebotomy specialist. You will coordinate patient flow, update charts, and manage specimen processing for outside laboratory testing, while recording results in the EHR.

Requirements include a California phlebotomy license (preferred), 1–2 years lab experience, and bilingual Spanish. This is a fully onsite role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid California Phlebotomy license preferred.
• 2 years of experience preferred.
• 1 year lab experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and flow by updating charts, rooming and checking in/out.
• Process specimens to be sent to outside laboratory.
• Review and process orders from EHR for laboratory testing.
