Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in medical care setting with phlebotomy/injection experience or training.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory safety practices.
• Proficient with basic software such as Windows, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and process specimens for outside lab.
• Administer injections as directed by providers.
• Conduct CLIA-waived in-house tests and maintain QC.
• Record test results in the EHR and review follow-ups for Pap tests.
• Assist with vaccine administration and CAIR2 entries.
• Maintain a safe, clean laboratory environment and inventory supplies.
